Our Story

It all started with an agent

In Ruben’s early days in real estate, pricing homes for homeowners was a slow, tedious, and frustrating process. Determining the right price wasn’t just crucial for a successful sale—it was essential to ensuring homeowners received the value they deserved.

He saw a problem

Traditionally, home values are estimated using a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), which relies on a handful of recently sold homes in the same area. However, no two homes are exactly alike—differences in renovations, layouts, and unique features make accurate pricing a challenge. Adjusting for these factors manually is extremely difficult, often leading to overpricing, underpricing, or prolonged time on the market.

Then came an idea

“What if technology could eliminate the guesswork?” Ruben thought. Computers excel at analyzing vast amounts of data and recognizing pricing patterns. By leveraging AI, we could compare hundreds of similar homes, account for unique property features, and generate accurate valuations—instantly.

We created a solution
